2026 Downtown Facade Improvement
Grant is Here!
Thinking about giving your downtown building a fresh look or restoring some of its historic character? KFDA has $5,000 available for façade improvement projects!
Funds can support projects such as painting, masonry repairs, historic restoration, signage, awnings, exterior lighting, murals, and other improvements that enhance a building’s outward appearance.
Applications are due September 23, 2026.
A few important details:
- Projects must be within the KFDA Service Area
- Priority will be given to KFDA member at the Advocate level or higher
- work cannot begin until the grant agreement is finalized
